Clearance Requirement: Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

If you are an experienced Engineer looking to step beyond siloed network administration, this role offers the opportunity to to contribute to the design, build, configure, and manage an enterprise hybrid ecosystem. TITANONEZERO is assisting clients in the design, security, and modernization of a complex infrastructure stack spanning core Cisco systems, F5 application delivery, Infoblox DDI, and edge-native Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions.

As a Network Engineer , you will serve as a primary technical authority across our mission-critical enterprise and government networks. You will drive high-availability routing, application traffic delivery, DNS/IPAM architecture, and next-generation perimeter security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Technical Domain Ownership - proficient experience in at least one of the following

• Core Cisco Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and optimize complex LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures utilizing Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR, Meraki, Cisco ISE, and Secure Firewall/Firepower platforms. Drive BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and advanced campus/data center routing.
• F5 Application Delivery & Security: Architect and manage high-availability F5 BIG-IP platforms (LTM, GTM/DNS, Advanced WAF/ASM, APM). Write custom iRules, optimize SSL/TLS offloading, manage global load balancing, and secure identity-based application access.
• Infoblox DDI Architecture: Lead enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) across Infoblox Grid infrastructure. Enforce DNSSEC, Response Policy Zones (RPZ), and threat protection while driving DDI automation via Python and Ansible.
• Cloudflare & Edge Zero Trust: Implement cutting-edge Cloudflare Zero Trust architectures (Access, Gateway, WARP, Tunnel), Magic WAN/Transit, and edge WAF/DDoS protection. Modernize secure connectivity across hybrid and cloud ecosystems.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce federal security baselines (DISA STIGs, NIST, RMF) and actively drive vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and automated compliance tracking.

What You Bring to the Team

• Clearance: Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering, with demonstrated multi-vendor expertise across Cisco routing/switching, F5 BIG-IP, Infoblox NIOS, and cloud-delivered security platforms (Cloudflare or similar).
• Core Certifications: CCNA required (CCNP, CCIE, or CompTIA Security+ highly preferred).
• Technical Mastery:
• • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec, GRE, TLS/SSL, and DNSSEC.
  • Deep experience analyzing complex traffic flows using Wireshark, tcpdump, and native CLI diagnostic utilities.
  • Proven track record building high-availability, failover-ready enterprise environments.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver driven to streamline operations through automation (APIs, Python, Ansible) and mentor junior technical staff.

Preferred Experience

• Background supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or classified intelligence networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, or Cisco DNA/Catalyst Center.
• Experience deploying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) or orchestrating network changes through REST APIs.
